Our commitment is to provide innovative, technically correct and tailored solutions for our clients.
Every building project is different, but you still need to tick off essential stages to make it a success and understand the stages of a building project .
What we do-
We will meet with you personally, or over the phone to discuss your specific project. Ideally, you would have engineering and architectural plans drawn. We will cover any ideas, concerns and questions you may have, including your budget figures and timeline. This will also give you an opportunity to gauge if we are compatible as your Builder.

We will provide feedback and advice on your first round drawings including buildability, cost efficiency, accessibility and logistics. We will consult with our sub-contractors that are relevant to your project, for services advice including electrical, plumbing and gas, floor and roof systems, pool structure and design and provide a preliminary budget.

Once we receive your schedule of finishes, we will liaise with relevant suppliers regarding proposed PC items and consult with relevant sub-contractors on wet areas and joinery design.

We will review all plans, specifications and services prior to BA issued drawings. We will finalise engineering details and design and finalise our sub-contractors and suppliers tender pricing and provide our final quote.

Once we have a signed contract, construction can begin, provided all approvals and permits are in place. We will coordinate the building works; supervising and coordinating each trade; sourcing, quantifying, and coordinating delivery of materials, and most importantly, quality-assuring the entire process. We will invite you to attend site meetings and will keep you regularly updated throughout this stage.

As we near practical completion, we will undertake a thorough defecting process to ensure your home is ready for you to move in. We will walk through with you and ensure that there are no outstanding issues.
